Josh Cumpton, BS, ACE-CES
I am originally from Owensboro, KY, and received my B.S. in Exercise Physiology and Management from Eastern Kentucky University in 2001. After graduating I took over personal training and special populations programming for an MFA center in KY. After five years, I took over as director of medical fitness for a Cardiology Center in SC before being brought in to open Boomers Health & Fitness. My speciality is programming, especially in special populations and post rehab. I'm also a member of several professional organizations and an annual attendee of the Medical Fitness Association Conference.
Alan Harper, Fitness Specialist
I am originally from mid-Missouri. I came to Tennessee to attend Freed-Hardeman University. I currently live in Henderson with my wife, Laura. I graduated from Freed Hardeman in 2008 with a degree in Exercise Science, and I am currently working on my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been a personal trainer for 5 years. While I attended Freed-Hardeman, I was the personal trainer and manager of the campus fitness center. I love helping people reach their nutrition and fitness goals. A particular interest of mine is sports specific training. I have helped people train for upcoming football and basketball seasons, and I have helped people prepare for triathlons and backpacking trips.

Cheslie grew up in home dedicated to fitness, her mother owns her own private gym and is both a personal trainer and massage therapist. As Cheslie grew older, she developed a love for all sports but was especially drawn to soccer and basketball. Even though she was offered several basketball scholarships, her love for soccer prevailed. She chose Union's Lady Bulldog soccer team where she starred for four years. In addition to her new duties at BOOMERS, Cheslie also coaches the Tennessee Rush Soccer Club.
